Fun with Liquid Nitrogen is a daily blog with weekly features detailing the utterly awesome nature of science and discovery. Throughout each week, Fun with LN2 will explore how the Scientific Method relates to everyday life even when it doesn’t seem like it does. It will detail important advances in the past that have made profound impacts on history, discoveries happening right now that answer difficult questions while posing even more difficult ones and exciting new potentials on the horizon that will define how we live as we wind through the 21st century.
Jon Fidler is the main author of Fun with LN2 and writes the weekly features appearing Monday through Thursday as well as many of the Unrelated Content Saturday entries. He presently lives in the Boston area and has been involved in neuroscience discovery research for the past 5 years.
Becky King Fidler is the illustrator and author of Fossil Fridays. She has been working at a Boston area university as a trained veterinary technologist for the past several years.
Weekly guest authors will fill in for Sunday Specials. They’ll describe what they do and why they have a passion for it.
